We can’t help but marvel at their grace, independence, and the unconditional love they offer us.
- Capturing Catitude: Caturday wouldn’t be complete without capturing and sharing those memorable cat moments. Whether it’s a hilarious pounce on an unsuspecting toy or a sleepy stretch on a sun-drenched windowsill, cats have a way of enchanting us with their adorable and often amusing antics. So, grab your camera or smartphone and get ready to immortalize those precious Caturday moments.
- The Cat-Driven Internet: If there’s one thing we can’t deny, it’s the internet’s love affair with cats. - Bonding with Your Cat: Caturday also presents a unique opportunity to strengthen the bond with our furry friends. Whether it’s engaging in interactive play sessions, grooming them to keep their coats in top shape, or simply cuddling up for a relaxing afternoon, spending quality time with our cats helps nurture a deeper connection and understanding.
- Giving Back to Our Feline Friends: While we celebrate Caturday, let’s not forget the countless cats in need of care and shelter. Consider volunteering at a local animal rescue, donating to cat charities, or even adopting a rescue cat if you have the means and space in your home. It’s a beautiful way to honor the spirit of Caturday and make a positive impact in a cat’s life.
As Caturday draws to a close, let’s take a moment to appreciate the joy and companionship that cats bring into our lives. Their unique personalities, graceful movements, and unwavering love have the power to brighten our days and touch our hearts. During an episode of overly dramatic creativity, two omniscient narrators appear in the same story. One turns to the other and says, âSo, what about that life on Earth?â
âItâs doomed,â says the second.
âHow so?â says the first.
To which the second replies, âIt doesnât even know the questions, never mind the answers.â
âWhoa! Thatâs kind of harsh, isnât it?â
âYes, but it is what it is.â
âHow much time does it have left?â
âOnly a galactic standard year – more or less.â

Stoned ground bread…
There was a cavern in the woods, beneath a hill, owned by Jill. It was a place of considerable moderation and essential, intense contemplation. From the cavern roof hung heavy, pointy things that inspired a deep appreciation of dripping possibilities. To fend off the dark, the damp and the dank a fire was lit beside a tank. The tank was painted pretty colors but mostly red and also the word âGASOLINE.â
Sitting on the can was Jillâs friend Sam. Heâd brought her a pie made of sky, topped with cloudy foam. In a hungry spate the pie they ate and later became quite thirsty. âThereâs no water here, just gas my dear,â said Jill, a trifle testy. âTo slake your thirst I suggest a toast,â and poured Sam a finger from the can. âItâs called gas,â she said. âI can see that lass but Iâm thinking, whatâs the point in drinking?â With that Sam tossed it on the fire. With a FOOM that could mean their doom Jill said, âSam, that was quite inspired. Youâve lit me up and dispelled the dark thatâs upon this dirty floor. Now be a good lad, donât get mad, just leave and donât come back no more.â
